The desire of our leadership team is to see New Life glorify God in worship, encourage and build each other up, and reach out and serve the needs of the local community to the best of its ability.
Senior Pastor Andy Noch was an atheist in college who was converted to Christ by reading the Gospel of John. Since then, he has planted two churches, served as a missionary to Ethiopia, earned three graduate degrees including a doctorate in ministry, and currently oversees our English worship services. He plays five instruments, loves to travel, and always enjoys having coffee with people and getting to know them better. He is married to Suzannah and they have three adult children.
Rev. Job Lee received Jesus as his personal Lord and Savior when he was in high school. He received a M.Div degree from China Evangelical Seminary, Taipei, and a M.A. in Educational Ministry from Wheaton College Graduate School, Illinois, and a D.Min from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School, Illinois. He taught for 10 years in the Christ’s College in Taipei. He also pastored the Wheaton Chinese Alliance Church, IL; Chinese for Christ Church of San Jose CA; and Tri-Valley Chinese Bible Church, Pleasanton, CA for over 20 years. He later taught Practical Theology at the China Evangelical Seminary North America in Southern California, also serving as the Chaplain there. Rev. Lee has also been adjunct faculty in other seminaries in North America.
Rev. and Mrs. Lee has 3 grown and married children, 2 sons and 1 daughter, all serving in different churches. Currently Rev. Lee has 6 grandchildren. In his spare time, Rev. Lee loves to read, enjoys music, plays chess and ping-pong. If you don’t mind winning too often, feel free to challenge him to a game or two.
Elder Sek Yee Chang immigrated from Hong Kong in 1969. He received Christ as his personal Lord and Savior in 1980 and have been serving the local church since, first the Orange County Chinese Alliance Church (OCCAC), then the New Life Christian Alliance Church (NLCAC) and was elected to be an Elder in 2000.
He was a Systems Engineer with Raytheon Company when he retired in 2006. He is married to Angelia Chang and they have 3 children: Daniel, Nathan, and Janice.
Elder David Wang immigrated to the U.S. from Taiwan in 1971. He was born again while in College and had since worshipped and served in different churches in Taiwan and in the U.S. In the early 1980, he participated in the incorporation and the church building project of a new church in southern California and later served in that church for over 20 years until he joined New Life Christian Alliance Church in 2005.
He is a California registered civil engineer. He is now retired after working for the Los Angeles County, Department of Public Works for 30 years. He is married to his wife Linda and they have 2 sons and 3 grandchildren.
