For individuals who already profess faith in Jesus Christ and His saving work on the cross, we encourage you to dive deeper and experience all of Jesus. This may include pursuing one-on-one discipleship, baptism or church membership.
Baptism
Baptism is a means to declare publicly that you are a follower of Jesus and that you identify with His universal church. We encourage anyone who has made a decision to accept Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord to follow Jesus’s command and example to be baptized. (Acts 2:38; Matt. 3:15)
Church Membership
At New Life Christian Alliance Church, membership is a commitment from a believer to the local church family, but also a commitment from the local church family to the believer. Church membership is a means to show our commitment to serve and love those in our local church community, but also an acknowledgement that we need and want others in our church community to help us in our own walk of faith.
One-on-One Discipleship
At New Life Christian Alliance Church, one-on-one discipleship is a process of helping believers experience all of Jesus. It involves regularly meetings with another believer to pursue a deeper understanding of God’s word; be challenged to exercise our faith in daily life; and be equipped to use our talents and strengths to evangelize and serve others.
